I loved the spacious room with a couch—perfect for our family! The breakfast spread was fully stocked with delicious options. However, the pool was freezing cold and we couldn't enjoy it.

The lobby was beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The wide corridors and accessible seating areas were perfect for seniors needing a place to rest. Overall, a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere!

The beds were fantastic, providing an excellent night's sleep. Ms. Hernandez, our housekeeper, did an outstanding job, always on time and attentive to our needs.

We stayed with our three dogs and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The spacious room allowed our family to relax, and we appreciated the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff even helped us find pet-friendly places nearby!

The room was spacious, beautifully clean, and featured a comfortable bed, with added convenience of a fridge and microwave. Breakfast offerings were impressive, remaining fully stocked even later in the morning. However, the fold-out bed was quite uncomfortable, leading to a purchase of an extra foam mattress, and there was a shortage of blankets during the stay. The hotel also lacked true suite amenities, being more of a divided single room arrangement.

We visited the local zoo and enjoyed some great food nearby. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was better than expected—with lots of options. Staff were friendly, always ready to help out.

We loved the beds, super soft and comfy, made it hard to get up in the morning. The staff was amazing, especially Ms. Hernandez our housekeeper, she was right on time always with what we needed.

Bathroom light flickered with vibrations, which was an annoyance. The rear exit door didn’t lock securely, making it feel less safe. Some minor landscaping issues, like overgrown trees blocking pathways, could use attention, requiring wet ground detours.
